Hopefully someone can help and save me a drive back to dealership workshop.
I have a Bailey Unicorn with a Thetford C-250 cassette toilet. Worked fine the last time I used it in October, and was drained down at that time along with fresh water system. Today I was out at the caravan and for no specific reason pressed the flush button and.....nothing... obviously no water as the tank had been drained but no sound of the pump running either. I've had a look through the handbook looking for mention of fuse but found nothing. I've got a vague recollection of reading somewhere, perhaps on here, of a fuse or faulty connection that can be accessed by gently prising off the cover where the flush press is located. Can anyone confirm that or not.
Any info on location of fuse welcome. As I type this I'm also thinking that I might have seen a fuse holder in the past located in the waste tank holding compartment right at the back, I'll have a look there tomorrow.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Open door and slide out cassette.Look right inside when cassette is out and at back you will see a fuse at the bottom with a small printed circuit board above.I believe from memory it is a 3 amp fuse.

Thanks birdman, just as I was finishing typing my original post I thought I remembered seeing a fuse in there. Went out and checked just now and, yes it is 3 amp and it had blown.
Thanks again for prompt reply.

…….if you do not run the flush pump for a few seconds after you have drained the holding tank, water can be retained in the pump and be frozen.

If you try to run the pump with frozen water in it the fuse will blow.
With a bit of luck the pump may survive.

I am not saying this is what happened in your case but there must be some reason why the fuse blew.
