Thetford Cassette Problem

Hi there, I am having a problem, and wonder if anyone can help....as I am new to caravanning

I push my flush button and the pump sounds as if it is working fine, but no water actually comes out...

Any ideas.

First of all, just to establish one thing,,,have you previously filled the toilet fresh water tank?

Does your caravan have a header tank for the water........could need filling?

I know this is going to sound stupid...but did you fill the flush thing up ? Im new to this myself and have had experience !!
