Thoughts with these owners

This is when the owners need a good response from their insurers. Surprised its seem so near to a residential area. Accident or arson?
Looking at the photos it seems that due to their placing some caravans had moved probably by the firefighters?

Person on a FB Swift caravan group said they had lost their van in it. 🙁. According to this person conjecture and Hearsay pointed to an electrical/battery issue, but the actual cause was unknown.
