Toilet room door hinges

The three hinges on the tolet room door on my van have failed from what appears to be sheer old age with the plate of the fixed part of the hinge cracking. I thought they were pressed metal construction, but they are in face die-cast and thus irrepairable. They are the same form as the hinge on the cabinets (which are like those on domestic kitchen cabinets) but smaller.

They are made by HAFELE and are marked 38A which I assume is the pattern number. Hafele seems to be a company making all manner of hinges, door handles etc. but Google has not produced a UK supplier, nor has a search within the websites of retailers who have other goods from the same maker. I've searched the 'usual suspects' among suppliers of caravan and motorhome bits but so far without any luck.

Any suggestions, please, as to where I might find them.
