Phil could drive them to events around the country and they could stay on camp sites or CL's at night and save the country and tax payers a b.... fortune

I wonder which model they were thinking of choosing?
What if they pitched next to you. Would you complain to the site warden about the kilted bloke playing the bagpipes to wake them every morning?
I should imagine that they are a nice enough old couple but Her Majesty's i-pod (a.k.a. the massed band of the Brigade of Guards) would present a bit of a noise problem for the neighbours

After all Phil's gaffs I'd love to say to him.

Liz says she's sick of Kebabs Zorba why not try doing Stifado on the Cadac

I would love to be pitched next to HM. I bet she has got a wicked sese of humour. Besides, she could bring the booze and we could share a really decent bottle of wine (or three).

Given the servants, the bodyguards and hangers on she would need a whole site to fit them all in but it would be cheaper than hotels I suppose.
If her caravan leaked I would bet she would not have to wait 6 months for the claim to be dealt with!
