Heavy wear on the JW mechanism and my arm 😜😜At least it will be a well draining pitch. 😁

It’s been a long time since I have used two levelling planks and 7 blocks to raise the front steadies and J W. This is a FSP at Honeybridge Dial Post Sussex. A couple of nights at Cousins post Covid bash. Took three wind ups of JW and steadies to achieve this height!View attachment 2137View attachment 2138

Here for my cousins bash so ok for the weekend. Not one I will return to but it does have a licensed cafe and decent facilities on site. Very quiet.DD, I have to say that is really not my idea of a pitch. I am sure its very nice there, but I expect a reasonably level pitch for my money.
Hutch, you must remember pitch up first then the pub😜😜Had to go to a slightly lower height at Wallinford a few years ago with, The Woosies, the motor mover kept slipping on one tyre, to get level laterally, so had to adjust that, got that sorted, then blocks under the JW, , and then to top off the pitching up, I put the awning up inside out.
I was pitched way too close to Dusty Dog, thankfully the local pub was 15 minutes away, for a much needed beer.
That what i am doing having a lager just manage to get the new awning up but it looks great for our first attemptHad to go to a slightly lower height at Wallinford a few years ago with, The Woosies, the motor mover kept slipping on one tyre, to get level laterally, so had to adjust that, got that sorted, then blocks under the JW, , and then to top off the pitching up, I put the awning up inside out.
