trapezium stabilizer

Has any one heard of these and are they any good. the nose weight of my Modeo is 75kg is is stabilizer OK?

I may be wrong on this, but I thought I read somewhere recently that they didn't comform to EU standard.

They were superbly engineered and did a superb job but can only be used on pre 1998 (from memory) cars as they do not conform to type approval as now required.

I ahve a 'P' reg Mondeo so should be OK. What regulations does it not conform too. If anything i find that the towbar sits low and is on'y 14inches from the road

I had mine on a W reg Picasso so P reg would be no problem

There is no EU standard for trapezium stabilisers, only for integrasted ones like the AlKo or Winterhoff.
