Hi community

hope you can help me, befeore i call local service.
My truma (gas only) is already 13 years with me, annd no big deals/issues until now.

Truma air heating is working normal, but it does not want to start heating water.

Water flow is normal (external water pump) and jno air. Water is inside truma.

There are no red codes, green light only, but no orange light.
When iam turning knob on switch very very slowly the orange light shows up for less than a second. Also i can hear light click in truma when moving switch to position 40 or 60.
It looks like it want to start, but then nothimg happens.

Does anybody ever has a same or similar isssue?

Thanx.

The control switch on the wall is fed by a transformer on the PCB and really only shows what should be happening.
I suspect that there is a fault on the PCB, assuming that you have gas available in the van.

Probably best to get a Truma trained engineer to look at it.

-Today i decide to remove door and some shelves in order to made easier access for service
-after i remove everything i decide to try once more
-first click orange light shows up and heating water started.

And know i don’t know what to do?
Probaly was some bad contact somewhere arround wires…

Any suggestions?

Impossible for anyone on here to explain it, but if it was a poor connection, then it's still a good reason to have the appliance checked.
