Sounds expensive for 55 cm dish equivalent. At 1 mtr long & 16 cms dia, it's pretty damn big.

Maplin do 65 cm dish + LNB for less than

At a guess, I would say it would be a pig to set up each time you move site.

It would probably be fine for a permanent installation on a house.

Remember, the smaller the dish (or aperture) the more critical the alignment on a satellite becomes.

hi thanks for your comments have seen a few tubulars around and thought they looked easier to set up and yes they are pricey

I'd never seen one of these before, but just did a quick search, seems they are actually EASIER to align, but don't give that strong a signal.
