i recently purchased the directional arial as an upgrade, fitted it no probs, but when i tried the tv it was as bad as b4

i had it pointing the same direction as the others on site,

so i disconnected it from the booster, and went from the arial straight to the tv, hey presto perfect picture the best ive had in 18 months its not really a question more of an idea if anybody else gets a poor piccy

cheers

We had the identical situation with ours.Less than 12months old and the best picture was via a cable direct from the ariel to the tv bypassing the booster.

We took it back under warranty and the booster was replaced and is now ok.

The dealer reckons that Status send out a lot of these units which tend to pack up within a few months.

Check the booster; if the little red light isn't on,it knackered.
