Are you concerned that the present tyres are not adequately load rated for your caravan? If so do you know the MTPLM? It should be on the makers plate near the door or as a plate in the front locker. Failing that crawl underneath and look at the axle. It will have a load rating on it.
Knowing the MTPLM or max axle load add 10% and divide by 2. This will give the load rating of the tyres required. If you look up Tyre Load Rating Charts you will see the figures for Load Index. Chose the LI required fir your new tyres. But I’m puzzled as to why you say your tyres don’t have the required information. Surely the size, load rating, speed rating, date of manufacture etc is on them. Owners Manual?

The tyres are marked 185R14C that's the same as 185/80R14C - if no % profile is shown, radial tyres are assumed to be 80%.

All the information is on your tyre sidewall.
What you have is 185R14C with a load rating of 102/100 @55psi

What more do you need?

The MTPLM is 1485kg, the tyres were manifactured in 2012 and my service engineer said they need replacing as they are time expired, the manual is a good point, i will take a look.

having spoken with one company they said they couldnt give me a quote as my tyre didnt have the middle figure (see along the sentence) and most websites need a second part to tyre size 185/?? R14 which my existing tyres dont seem to display

Whatever new tyre you eventually get, do check you have the correct gap between teh tyre and the caravan mover. It may need to be reset.

Where two load ratings are specified, only the higher/first one is used for caravans - the second is used where twin wheels (not twin axle) are fitted, eg bigger Transits, etc

So the tyres fitted are 102 load rating which is 850 kg/tyre = 1700 kg less 10% = suitable for a 1530 kg MTPLM caravan.

I found when I needed tyres that as they are van tyres the normal search on dealers web sites did not work. I did ring and had no problem getting any though from e tyres who were very helpful and competitive. They come to you which is helpful in that most tyre depots can be very tight with a caravan.

Two important points:
When ordering specify that the tyres must not be more than six months only - when I changed mine a couple of years ago I subsequently found out they were 14 months old. If you state that at the start and the supplier can't or won't comply then go elsewhere. If they agree but when you get there for fitting they are over six months old, reject them. The date code (week number and month, eg 0919 is week 9, 2019) is embossed in an oval on the inner edge of the tyre close to the rim.
You may be offered Avon commercial tyres; Avon very specifically state that their commercial tyres are not suitable for use on caravans.

But that load index would not give the 10% margin that is now accepted. I uprated some tyres once and went fir a slightly narrower tyre, with a C spec ratio of 80% and a higher load index. It may be what has been done to the OPs van. Wonder what year it is and it’s MTPLM.
In 2011 Swift were fitting HANKOOK Vantra LT C tyres and my 2013,had them fitted. I’ve continued with them since then.
If the OPs current tyres give sufficient clearance I would stay with that spec. They are a far more robust tyre used by WVM to joust with kerbs.
