Well, I have had a productive day today, jacked up the caravan, fitted the spare tyre and then removed the the other side.
Left the van on two axle stands and two jacks, NOT hydraulic.
Took the tyres to local dealer in the village, got them to break the beads and then I started to remove the Tyron bands with the Mobile kit that I purchased 5 years ago, from a forum member, got one band off, on the second wheel the kit broke, I managed to eventually get the band off.
The bands will go in the tip, and the bits of the kit will get re used as bearing pullers.
Being an Engineer I can state, the mobile kit is totally useless,
Tomorrow the tyres GT Maximilers, 195, 70, 15, will go back on the caravan. Date on tyres 1424, but I am happy with that.
A good clean of the van, hand operation in two weeks and off and out for the summer.
Edit, I forgot to add, I have to now adjust the Motor mover gap to the new tyres.
