Hi me and my family visited Brean Unity Farm site a couple of years ago. we have been back three times to this site and have enjoyed the facilities each time. it is a busy, quite big site with plenty to do for the children. the night life is busy but you could also opt for a quiet life. i would recommend the green site it is quite central but also a little way off the busy part of the site with a play area for your youngest child near by and the toilet and shower facilities are very good. my family and I have enjoyed our stays there with children ranging from 8 to teenagers.

hope you enjoy

Hi Pauline - although it is further down the M5 but try Beverley Park in Paignton. It is spotless and there is plenty for all ages whether it is rain or sun. There is no need to go off the site. However Paignton, Torquay, Dartmouth and Totnes are not far away for days out. Excellent zoo in Paignton with sites for all ages. It amy be a little more expensive than Breen sands but it is a lot cleaner and a far nicer district in general. Our children and now grandchildren love it there. I believe it has a web site - www.beverleypark.co.uk

Pauline,

I know you posted this message a couple of months ago and have probably been to unity farm by now, but i thought i'd reply anyway. We have just returned from unity farm, the site is massive, toilet facilities very good. But we found it rather expensive to stay as well as to be entertained there compaired to other caravan sites. Our opionion is that it is a typical "kiss me Quick" type of holiday.

Depending on what type of holiday you like, it didn't suit us.

sorry to be so negative

Gill

Pauline try Brean holiday park on the website under www.havenholiays.com. We have had some good offers off this site. If you join the Founders Trail, most of the time you can get an additional 10%off. You can even walk into Brean from this site.Plenty of activities for the children.

My wife and i have been to Unity Farm twice and really enjoyed our stays both times, the shower blocks are perfectly clean and the fascilities are excellent.

The pitches however are a little too close together and on a bank holiday weekend, (end of May bank hol) we found out how close they can feel when the field is full. not a big issue for us though. cant wait to go back there again.

if any one books here i can recommend the fully serviced hard standing pitches, these are nicely spaced and in a great location.
