Just as we were about to mourn the loss of this luxury maker-the company has been bought and after just three weeks production is ready to begin. New owners Ian and Leslie Thomson are now at the helm and have new plans for the brand. The website at present is being re-vamped and the owners club and those who had placed their orders with the old company are more than happy with the outcome. The same team are still designing and buiding the Vanmasters but now marketing and general running of the company is Ian and Leslies jobs. I am more than pleased this company have risen again. Great news!

Great news, can now dream again of owning one of the finest UK caravans , tailored to our requirments. Just got to figure a way to finnance one.

Del, no need to finance one just look at the 2nd hand market. as new and going for half price and less. 2000 model on ebay at the moment

Hi

Yes - I got full confirmation from them yesterday - they are back in full swing with new vans being produced and serviced. I am going over to see them next week again (I have been involved with the team since 1995-testing their first model and many others over the years. I even towed an Applause back from Hull show for them - though my Octavia didnt like it to much!

Tommy john and Cyril are still involved. I have mentioned this news in my next Scrapbook oage for May isse - missing April where I tell of the companys demise. Anyhow all is well - please contact them they will be glad to hear fro you in wales
