Just had an engineer come value our 2015 Bailey Unicorn Valencia and he found high readings along the floor behind & round the toilet up to the door the readings then go low also low about 6 inches away from walls of van and base of toilet. Floor not been wet on the top of the flooring unsure if from WC or C/H pipes but think more then likely the WC flush tank? Any ideas advice l presume we will have to get the toilet and C/H covers removed to find out where the leak if from and get it dried out my husband has removed cover from heating near bedroom door pipes don’t seem wet wood not marked but reading high we’ve put a heater on to see if dries out a bit could the wet be from filling the tank too much? Thanks Annie

There was a similar thread wrt a Bailey not long ago. The toilet tank was discussed but I think concensus was that it was probably the Bailey alutech corner problem. Try a search.

I had a similar issue with similar age Olympus a few years back. It was a known "issue" that had been traced to the top seal of the cassette door! There was a later mod to the door where a diverter strip was incorporated into the cassette door frame. If yours doesnt have that strip then Fiamma do a self adhesive one to fit on the caravan wall just above the cassette door yourself.
