Hi , can anyone help , and say why my aqua roll is draining away as soon as i fill it . The valve beside it is in the open position , does it need closing .

Do you mean your water tank/boiler inside the caravan, which you are filling from the aquaroll ????
If so.....then yes the tap has to be in the "closed"position

Are we talking about the yellow drain lever? I always forget to close that when I turn on the water pump.
