Booked for Cromer yesterday.

Forecast for 5 days was sunny, dry with occasional cloud. Daytime high of 27 centigrade, brilliant.

Just checked again today, and we have rain, more rain, interspersed with heavy showers, and the temperatures seem to have plummeted.

I know forecasting isn`t an exact art, but on that basis I might as well start my own forecasting system based on how I feel after a skinful of Special Brew as it can`t be any less meaningful.

These dolts are telling us about `global warming` and how its going to affect the weather in 20 years time, yet they can`t predict whats going to happen in 20 hours. No doubt if they had more government funding they would be better at it........

You should not be worried about the weather because you should be sorting out the Loo.(and I do not mean Looe)

Have no fear the loo is ok at the moment, you say I should not worry about the weather, but it plays a very important part regarding the loo, blockages, flooding could occur.

Or is the weather going to change and we are going to have a heat wave and an indian summer?

Hot Air Balloons - weather permitting there are rides for the public. Sounds rivetting. As far as you going south don't worry as there is a big low heading this way and Friday is a total washout for most of the UK.

Bearing in mind the B.B.C. reputation decline this week, can we be sure that the weather is now not gived out in conjunction with the leasure industry. This would acount for one place in Norfolk getting different forcasts to the rest of it. Just think if the potential.

I always wished for a job were I could be almost consistantly wrong but remain gainfully employed.I should have tried the Met office.

Absolutely Mike. Basically the BBC is no no longer fit for purpose, they are a nightmare and basically more people should take issue with them. At the end of the day Radio Braykewynde could of done better. Basically I hear they are awesome y'know.

Lord B

It would help if Mike would close the door a bit. the way the wind is blowing today if he did the rest of us would be dry.How can the BBC make allowances for that

Actually, I thought BBC stood for 'Brakewynde Broadcasting Corporation'. Doesn't it? Mind you as DG LB should put the dogs on the rabble.
