I am having issues with both my Whale Space Heater and Water Heater than both stopped working correctly at the same time.
Space Heater - Showing an Configuration Error (10) on iVAN display. Space Heater is found on display. It blows a puff of air every 5-10 secs. Reset iVan Panel and re-added space heater several times. When I contacted Whale they said it is the main PCB. Any experience with this? How easy is it to change the board? Looks like it needs to be accessed underneath the van.
Water Heater - No error messages on the iVan panel. Re-added several times and confirms water heater has been added. Temp reading as 0c on iVan display and even though you can turn it on with either electric or gas it never heats up. When I contacted Whale they said as the blue light on the comms PCB isn't flashing the board is broken, which I have now replaced but still doesn't work. Whale are now just saying get someone out to look at it! I have checked the voltage reading with a meter are all looks good.
Not sure what else to do and a couple of repair companies local to me don't want to touch Whale stuff and another guy just said he would contact Whale and ask them what to do.
Any suggestions or similar experiences would be appreciated? Thanks
