Hi Helen

If you have an on-board hot water tank you need to close the drain **** valve. This should be left open when travelling but closed when you get on site and will fill up from the whale pump.If not closed then it will give the problem you are encountering. Do not know you van layout so cannot direct you to the drain **** but it will be on the outlet of your hot water tank.

Assuming that it is a pressurised system (i.e. no switches on the taps) then there is a pressure switch somewhere near the water inlet. As this is usually under a bed it may be that the adjustment knob on the pressure switch has been accidently moved, or it could be that you have a restriction or a poorly pump either of which will result in insufficient pressure to operate the switch. Just turn the knob one way or the other until the pump stops, then try the taps and tweak the switch until it doesn't flutter.
