Just to confirm you arn't going bonkers Ann - it wasn't there before, I know becaue I looked as well. But as LaurieW says it is there now and is available for bookings.

hello all, does anyone know if the dog walk is ok for this site, just booked for friday for a few days, was going to scarborough but got in here instead, i would appreciate any info on the site as we have not been before, been down the road to strid wood, but without the dogs, thankyou to anyone who may reply. Hi Ed. This site is DOG HEAVEN with possibly the best off - site walking in the network. There is a dedicated dog walk which leads out into a path network which can take you as far as you want to go. Take care if your dog chases rabbits. If you go out of the bottom site exit, you can walk down into Grassington which will take you about 30 - 40 minutes and there you can pick up the Dales Way. You and your dog will love it. Have a good stay.

I don't have a dog so can't comment on the dog walk however the site seems to be very popular with dog owners and their are many footpaths from the site.
