When we bought our current van, the cupboard keeper rods we had used in the previous one were redundant because of different lockers. I used them in the washroom so that we could hang towels over them when they can't go outside.
Usually, though, we put the towels on an airer similar to This One, which we hang on the bike rack, each day to give them a good blow.
For drying general washing when we are away for an extended period we use one of the Quest 4 arm rotary airers featured.
Jill would like a spin dryer but it seems they are only available as part of a twin tub.

Don;t stay on aires Tony! And don't do washing every day , only about once a week,for main wash, and use the plastic rack one (similar to Jates) which will hook over the bike rack, for small items.
