Considering a bit of downsizing of kit. instead of porch awning, using Fiamma pull out and a kitchen tent. Needs to be minimum 1.5m square. Also if possible not to have long guy lines angled outwards giving a much bigger footprint. Will be used in sometimes breezy conditions.
Suggestions please ( including what to avoid)
Thanks

Ray, we've just bought a Quest Elite for use as a shower and utilities tent. £99, almost self-erecting, and huge! About 7ft x 7ft, and the same high, the steel poles are integral with the tent, and I can put it up alone in a matter of seconds, plus pegging time, but with only eight pegs, that doesn't take long either.
Dismantling is almost as quick - the blurb says twelve seconds, but I'm not that quick!
As the poles are steel, and not separate from the tent it doesn't move much in the wind either, and the wind was so strong that it destroyed our Outwell, which is why we bought the Quest!
Oh, and it also has a built-in groundsheet, but the middle section can be rolled up so it can be used with a shower.
We bought it at Cannock Caravan Accessories, but I'm sure they're available elsewhere.
