This is an EE device, but it has been unlocked to all networks. Put a data sim in and it will feed a number of devices. I found it worked fine but I did need to put it in the skylight sometimes. Would be better if an external aerial could be fitted.

It is called a wifi mini, but I think it is the same as a MiFi.

£12 including postage.

Put it wherever you need for it to get the best signal and it works. Remember a caravan does quite a good imitation of a Faraday Cage which screens signals. It has wifi good range so you could put the unit say on the roof of your car (in a weatherproof container) outside a caravan window and get a good 4G signal that way.

You can only use an external aerial if it has the necessary connector(s) and from the EE web site it does not appear to have them.

That is correct, there is no connector on this model. I never thought about putting it on the roof.
