I used a P38 4.6 for towing a 2 ton boat, superb tow car but fuel consumption horrendous! I had the troublesome suspension converted to coils which improved reliability, but the bcm problems still lurked causing the occasional lockout of the car! Lovely car to drive and I was sad to see it go...
