I'd suggest you travel up to Perth then North to Dalwhinnie before turning west for Fort William, Glasgow to Fort William up Loch Lomond has a 20 miles stretch of terrible road. I travel around these parts weekly. Up the A9 which is now a good road and across to FW. I'd recomend Staffin Campsite...

Hi Olive I started this debate and here I am, we did the North last year, excellent from Downpatrick, Antrim, Limavady, Enniskillen and back to Portavogie etc, i agree with your comments, the Scots -Ulster trail was great

i live on Skye and travel along Loch Carron on to the Ullapool road often with a 21' van. you'll go South from Ullapool and turn right before Garve only the last 20 miles is sigle track but as i say i'm often along that route.

we have a europa fixed bed with side shower and toilet, if you shower the base remains wet, has anyone got a remedy other than to dry it with a towel. I say some mats at the caravan show for the shower tray area, any recomendations or a supplier of any special mat
