Practical Caravan Owner Satisfaction Survey 2017

I haven't filled it in. The reason:- I see no need for the survey to need my insurance renewal date other than to provide someone with the information so I can be inundated with offers for insurance. If I am wrong I would like to know the true reason as it has nothing to do with owner...

    Converting caravan 2 x 7 core to 13 core.

You don't say your caravan make - but if it is a Swift Sargents supply a replacement cable that plugs straight into the fuse box. You have to clear the cable hole through the floor to fit it and reseal it after testing.

    Water System

Does the whole control panel go off? If so I had a similar problem on a 2008 Challenger 480. It turned out to be a bad connection. There is a join in the wiring (plug and socket) behind the fridge and one of the pins wasn't locked home in the plug and after a few trips the control panel worked...

    New Oldie

Start as suggested and work out the weight you can tow and what you are prepared to spend, Next take a look at the 18ft layouts (including the new twin bed models) and decide what suits you in your price range. The concensus of opinion seems to be that the central heating is better - but it is...

Adria rooflight blown off !! Has this happened to anyone else ? Help please.

In our old Lynton van (15 years ago) we had the same problem as you - the roof light disappeared in transit. It was the push up type. When I replaced it I purchased an add on that fitted into the handle . When the skylight was closed a bar automatically sprang in stopping the handle from being...

    leaking in toilet compartment door.

Had this problem on a 2008 Challenger 480. The catches were too slack. By this I mean the door closed easily and wasn't compressing the seal enough. The catches were adjusted and now the door needs a good push to let the catches click shut and the problem is solved. AC

Cleaning the water and waste pipes

I use puriclean for the fresh water system. The waste water from the kitchen went out via a corrugated flexible hose - this was where the smell ccollected. I replaced it with a smooth bore variety and the problem went. I still clean it by sealing the outlet and filling the waste pipe with...
