    I also wondered if there was anyone out there that would check second hand caravans over for us novices, after all the AA and RAC check out second hand cars for a fee. Is there a limit to the age of van that anyone would recomend? I have heard that a van is past it's best at 14 years plus...

    Hi All Being first time buyers we would like some advice on buying second hand or new (finances allowing). we need a 5 berth van, mainly for two of us but needing extra room for grandbabies etc, we thought either end dining would be more suitable. Please advise.
