Blimey was it really over 4 years ago that we bought the Excel 640, I'd almost forgotten the nightmare!! We only had ours for 6 months and we couldn't stand the breakdowns and the bits falling off and went back to a Chausson. Life was happy ever after.

The dealer is sorting it and in fact have been very good, it is just that the problems should not be there in the first place. It does not do much for your faith in British products.
