Same is true in the West - worse, I think. There are customers whose RV's fail AS THEY LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP but then can't get the dealer to even get to the repair for six months. And it's not covered under warranty. This happens all the time. It's appalling, and it turns SO many customers off...
