The most important thing is that the courtesy ensign should match the van, so I think a white ensign is probably best for you. Remember to take it down at sunset and raise it at sunrise.

Yes, I was quite surprised, did'nt know about tides, just thought the beach was a super spot to park up and piched a bit of firmer sand. Were you one of the surfers waving at us?

We're new to caravaning and the outdoors so bought a Senator and a Discovery to tow it (just as well cos we got stuck in the sand at Woolacombe with it with the tide coming in). Its getting very smelly .. what might be the problem.
