    Decisions!

If the Corolla has been reliable I would keep it and just get the rear box replaced - but £400 seems a bit expensive, wonder if it's the age of the car and lack of spares?

    Battery for car with Stop/Star

My car has stop/start and this is one of the AGM batteries on Eurocarparts that would be a replacement. Varta 020 Car Battery - 3 Year Guarantee The VARTA® Silver Dynamic AGM stands for unparalleled performance: with 3 times the cycle life of conventional batteries, the VARTA Silver Dynamic AGM...

    Finding correct tyres

https://www.tyrereviews.com/Tyre/Ovation/Ecovision-VI-682.htm https://www.tyrereviews.com/Tyre/Lassa/DriveWays.htm Just a couple of test sites I found quickly. Why do you have a problem with me thinking Lassa tyres are better quality than Ovation?

    Finding correct tyres

Ovation tyres do not do well in tyre tests, generally not performing in the various tests. The Lassa tyres do much better in the tests, so I think they must be better quality, or is that not right? I did not state that the Ovation tyres were poor quality, just that I think the Lassa must be of...

    Finding correct tyres

Budget Ovation tyres get terrible reviews in tyre tests but Lassa are a mid range tyre and get much better reviews.

    Finding correct tyres

Our Buccaneer had Ovation tyres fitted from new, they were C rated. I replaced the tyres on my Buccaneer back end of last year with Lassa tyres which are C rated. Not a bad price, but hopefully better quality then the Ovations.

    Six Nations

Well deserved win for Ireland. Don't think France really got going and were missing Dupont. Crowley had an excellent game - a good replacement for Sexton.

    Large Porch (Inflatable or Poles)

I would go for an Isabella Magnum. they are either 340 or 400. Panels zip out so only the roof to thread through the van. Can be done solo. Have an air porch awning and after 2 X blown poles I don't trust it any more so use an Isabella porch. Not cheap, but excellent quality and will last for...

    Television Connection

Our Buccaneer has an aerial point inside the locker on the side of the van. It is an output socket so you can watch TV in the awning. Never use this. Inside the battery box there is a satellite in point. I bought a f plug to coax convertor and plug the cable in from the bollard to the van...

    Awning pegs

We don't peg the part of the door that opens on the door that we use.

    F1 starts today

Looking forward to the season, but I don't think Mercedes are going to be competing for the championship this year. Aston are looking good and I just hope they beat the Red Bulls. We did Silverstone last year and stayed in our caravan on the Golf Course campsite which is only a short walk to...

    Lincolnshire coast

If you want to park and walk your dog on most of the beaches from Sutton on Sea to Skegness you will have to pay for the parking. The beach parks used to be free but over the last couple of years parking charges have been introduced, usually by downloading an app to your phone and paying using...

    Flush Tank - Elddis Crusader

We have a Buccaneer (Elddis) and it does not have a flush tank. The flush is fed from either the onboard tank or the external barrel, depending on which is being used. We have a spray bottle with pink flush which we keep next to the toilet and spray that into the bowl sometimes.
