    Inverter - Sunshine Solar

Just for the record I bought one of these works ok for my laptop and bits, plus you may be able to get a converter for to charge slowly from USB while it's not working. All that said I'm no expert, just muddling my way along for 50-plus years. https://amzn.to/44J6t8s

Removing Rear Top Cupboards for damp repair

It is a case of find out as you go yes and yes it can be a nightmare, to be honest though it's worth it and I was wowed at some of the simple but superb applications I found in our old 1993 caravan. Although very much a voyage and a learning curve it was very enlightening and I learnt loads...

Removing Rear Top Cupboards for damp repair

I have no experience of these lockers but I do understand that often these sorts of things are designed to work together with other elements of the interior for instance the shelf seems to run under the locker. So it maybe the fixings for the locker can only be removed when the shelf is...

    Are pitch prices going crazy

I think in more ways than one I have concluded that although nothing is cheap anymore, caravaning can offer good value for money, however when you consider the cost of the vehicle to tow the caravan, the caravan itself and all the accoutrements that go with it, plus servicing etc etc. I do...

    Passat / golf / leon

Read this with interest, I've had nothing but VAG brand cars for the last 20 years but recently went back to my first love Japanese cars so got myself a 2.2 litre diesel Honda CRV, I don't do many miles so bought one around 100k miles but wow what a difference to the VAG cars. I have to say...

    Are pitch prices going crazy

To be totally honest I would love some decent quality grass pitches off-grid with some peace and quiet. A decent shower block would be nice but for a few days away £20 or less a night per van in a field would be perfect.

    Camping chairs

I've not heard of those no but we bought some superb directors style chairs from costco they were only £35 and really strong with a flip up side table and drinks holder. Not sure if they have them in now but really worth the membership fee I reckon they should have been double the price

    Are pitch prices going crazy

In defence of the CAMC site we stayed at last month it was 100% spot in everything was ultra clean and everything worked really well. We've taken the grandchldren to Parkdean and pitched up and it was less than acceptable no where near as good quality as the CAMC site. It looks as I suspected...

    Are pitch prices going crazy

Thanks for all the input, from what I read it seems that a website listing and properly reviewing CL's is a good bet as the prices of CL's seem to fairer and the quality seems to be good. Just need to find a good website as the CAMHC site is terrible in my opinion

    Are pitch prices going crazy

Ok before anyone says yes it is true I don't like spending money unless I get great value that's not to say I'm a tight wad. This year we joined the Caravan and Motorhome Club instead of joining The Camping and Caravanning Club - not sure why to be honest anymore. One thing I have noticed is...
