Chateau du Gandspette closes 30th September.

There is a vet just down the road from the Chateau du Gandspette campsite near St Omer. I know a lot of British people use this vet.

SWMBO had her front bumper damaged recently in the Lymm Baptist Church car park following a WI meeting. The drive who hit her car must have known:-(. Chips Away have done a great job with the repair.

Metz has a nice municipal site by the river and it is only a short walk into the town

I must admit that it is 5 years since we last stayed there. It's a pity that it appears to have gone downhill:-(

We spent some time at the Chatsworth Caravan Club site a couple of weeks ago. Access to the site is along a fairly narrow road. Having seen how some people with large units cope (or otherwise!) you can imagine the chaos there might be if you had units leaving and arriving at the same time.

Cut out MPs expenses, reduce MPs pay now that they have had their summer recess extended to 12 weeks, cut out all Labours spin doctors, so called ministerial advisers, etc, etc. How is that for a start but pigs might fly!!!!

There is a municipal site at Troyes. We have stayed at a pleasant site at Geraudot, Camping de l'Epine-aux-Moines to the east of Troyes and it is just across the road from a lake.

Alternate the way you place the hangers on the rail, e.g. first hook faces inwards, next hook faces outwards, etc. We have never had a problem with the hangers coming off the rail placed like this.
