    12 v system problem

Do you know the name of the manufacturer on the old and new charger, plus who made the control panel. Does the name Nordelectronica show anywhere?

    Towing mirror minefield query…

Good video Bill. I wonder if the little arms extends automatically when connected to a caravan rather than a flat bed trailer😉. I bet they cost an arm and a leg to replace🙀 This is image I meant to post showing the U.K. Legal requirements

    CRIS Registration problem

At the end of the day it doesn't matter what number he gives them. Do you really think the Insurers have a list of his caravan numbers? Ask them! What's happened here, I suspect, is a work from home trainee is following a screen dump script and has no leeway to deviate or use common sense.

    Tools

Another crisis! The Aquaroll mains adaptor float valve assembly detached from the valve body! Was cross threaded at the factory! Good old ptfe tape and careful realigning saved the day. Sometimes I think we carry more spares and tools in the caravan than our cars from the 60s and 70s🙃

    CRIS Registration problem

I and Beachball quoted numbers, not the same. Mine was taken from Caravan Talk, a chap asking the same question years ago. His was 185/0362. Are these the two numbers? I am told, no evidence, it means made 1985 and was the 362nd off the line. Logically seems reasonable.

Dealer special service deal’s for the first three years are great value, a loss leader I’d suggest. The three Kia’s, we still have one, were sold with the service packages. We stuck with the Kia Dealer for the seven years mainly because of the Warranty. And as reported previously Kia dealt with...

    Tools

Caravanning for me means a quiet relaxing holiday. Sadly you name it, it breaks! In the middle of nowhere you will sll the basic tools mentioned will be used . Various spares help. Even a toilet cassette blade😜 plus a multi meter and various sprays of stuff.

Newb, with a few specific needs and so many questions

Welcome to the Forum. If I did the maths and depreciation etc I'd have given caravanning up decades ago! As a long time caravanner we keep our caravans a long time. Depreciation becomes irrelevant. Have you factored in the savings not being at home? Eg power? As you are going for short...
