Anyone on here fully versed in the employment / employee laws?

Have you checked your Home Insurance to see if you have any Legal Expenses Cover for Employment Contract Issues? Is your Employer based in the U.K.? Do you pay UK income tax? I appreciate the ribs are off shore. Are you the only employee in this situation? The Prof has given you plenty to...

Ed China on EV potential rip off

This article is self explanatory. Is it true or just scaremongering? Former Wheeler Dealers star Edd China has admitted UK electric carowners could be overcharged by garages dealing with a common EV issue. The ex-host of the classic car restoration show and top mechanicsuggested that a welded...

Mine is due for the transmissions oil changes as you describe. Will done by my Indy after Christmas. Did you supply the oils or rely on your Indy to supply?plus filters etc. The auto box fluids don’t seem overly expensive. A straight change allegedly needs 7/8 litres whilst a dry fill...

Was the £220 for the auto fluids only or was labour and filters involved? My Touareg is due next service. Can I expect a similar cost? Well done 'going atound the clock' as we used to say

Removing spare wheel from Alko chassis - any tips?

A bit late in . My AWS engineer removes the spare each service and lubricates the moving parts. I've had to use it once , no problem. But with a puncture on the NS you must use a Milenco type leveller or boards for height. Without regular use it will seize. More lube😉

    No more blue bags😢

Crisps are a holiday treat for us. Trying to find the colourless bag of salt was impossible visually . Emptied the bag onto a plate to find the salt. Kev’s original salt cruet will be easier in future😉
