    Caravan body to chassis rail

Thanks for your replies, I have now tightened all 16 bolts to what I think is a reasonable tightness. At least the floor has stopped creaking.

    Caravan body to chassis rail

Hi all I noticed today that I had a loose 19mm nut on a bolt connecting the caravan body to the bpw chassis. Shock horror on checking the rest of said nuts they were all not very tight. I am on site in France at the moment and wondered if anyone knows the correct torque setting for said nuts...

    Tow Ball Health

Put a fine coat of vaseline on it before putting it away. Just use a tissue and brake cleaner when you need it next.(y) My 2019 Kodiaq tow ball is still in a very good condition after 30000km of towing.

    Tow ball covers

I don't bother with any towball cover, I just cover the ball in vaseline after use. Cleaning it off with brake cleaner before use.. No rust in 4 years with current car.

    Gas hose

Here in France all gas hose (domestic and caravan/motorhome) have exchange by dates stamped on them, usually 5 years.

    Waxing a Caravan - Meguiars

I seldom use polish as most have a slight abrasive qualities. I wash using the the two bucket method and then about twice a year a coat of Colinite 476S which is a hard wax.
