Hi, has any one stayed at Wood Farm, were thinking of this site for our summer hols, been reading reviews but getting mixed reports. We've no kids but him in doors likes fishing. Any replys would be great good or bad. We dont want to be to far away from the coast, no more than 10 mins.

Hi Ken, We stayed at Carlyon Bay Caravan Park near St Austell, we had a lovely day out at Truro and looked around the cathederal. We found it a spot for touring round. Its not a club site but was very good,(brother in law and his family are going back this year).

Yes agree is good for fishermen, but good position for visiting places, Ellsemere is not far away,(we walked there) and you can walk all round the woods there. If you want a quite site with lots off grass to kick a ball about then I would say try it.

Thanks Dippy,Yes we"ve got a broucher on that one (Newperran) it looks good, was it close to a beach, how far away approx, we dont want one of the big commercial sites like them to be friendly.

Hi Roberta, You dont say if you want to stay in Blackpool, I know of 2 good sites,1 at Garstang called Clay Lands very clean, and 1 at Ainsdale called Willow Bank both are clean and have friendly helpfull staff, we go with the dog and do a bit of walking. Hope these might help.
