    hi, most modern lorries are fitted with some kind of exhaust brake.a 5 stage jake brake will will ****** a 44 tonner up as good as a light foot brake. ray.

    'Flashing in' after being overtaken

    flashing lights started years ago. lorry mirrors were the size of half crowns and shook all over the place. if it was dark and raining, you had no chance of seeing what was going on behind you. when reversing, you had to rev a bit to keep mirrors still. ray

    hi, we have just bought another van that has a triomatic gas change over system. it is set up for red bottles, what i want to know is, can i change the regulators and run it on the blue bottles?. if it has to be red, will i be able to exchange blue for red?. thanks in advance, ray.

    hi all, we had this problem with our rialto once, but we had left the awning in the van and it must have been slightly damp. haven't had the problem since. we always make sure it is bone dry before putting it back in van. regards ray.
