Our two whippets travel on the back seat of our estate, just in their normal harnesses, and then with their restraint leads either clipped into the seat belt socket or wrapped around the headrest post. I've had to buy cable restraint leads as one of my dogs is a real chewer, with pinking shears...

I hitched up our van a couple of weeks ago just to check I could remember how to do it, drive around the block, as we'd changed cars and practice reversing (still hate it) and forgot to attach my mirrors....:rolleyes: Have now written a 'Don't forget' list...

Sorry - I know there are 1000's of posts about leisure batteries so my apologies for yet another. Bought a new leisure battery (Numax DC27MF, 95Ah) in late summer, hoping to get away in the Autumn, but then everything locked down. Disconnected the battery, and brought it indoors to store it...
