I have a 2012 Sprite Alpine 4. I have found the build quality great, but I bought mine used not new. Considering its now 7yrs old, its like new inside, but I am not sure how much use the previous owners had out of it (very little by the look of it!).

Fab news! Enjoy! My retirement plan is to do a tour of the U.K. over a couple of months, so slowly head down to Cornwall and back stopping along the way and on the way back. Only driving for 1 hour max and a week in each place! Only 30yrs to go!

They said their current turnaround is 10 days, which was fine. They have rang me this morning after my email last night and it’s done! Ready for collection!

In principle, it sounds like a fab idea, but in reality they are cheap rubbish. They are very prone to leaks. The snap on connectors are cheap and leak all over the place. I wouldn’t buy another

What kind of dealer does not do a damp check? This suggests the van hasn't been serviced either (a damp check should be part of its service surely?). I would walk away. I have had a damp van, and it cost me 2k almost to be put right!

Mines attached to my motor mover remote! I must admit I have not had to use it yet tho and had my new caravan since July.

Just to back this up, my car has stop/start, and this still functions whilst towing which suggest the supply well outweighs the demand.

Yea i do have the truma system and my old caravan had the same. Maybe its that! They have both always done it, but just wondered what it was!
