Having visited Dunelm at Eastbourne and enjoyed the experience I wrote to customer services and asked if they were thinking about going into West Sussex or Hampshire in the near future. The reply was that they are moving into the Fareham, Hampshire area later on in the year. Well done Dunelm.

Why dont insurance companies start giving loyalty bonuses to keep existing customers. To me it looks like they keep offering big dicounts to new customers and put the same yearly increases onto existing customers...it doesnt make sense to me.

The problem as I see it is if the petrol prices keep going up that will be another cost that will have to be taken into account if caravanners want to keep going away. Will it mean that they will do less miles, want to stay more local and that may mean that some caravan sites will start to see...
