Sink covers. Swift Challenger 2010 - Swift please respond

I have a new SWift Challenger 570 (2010). Lovely van and delighted with it except for 1 issue. The sink cover/work top.

The new sink is very good and slightly larger in circumference than our 2008 Sterling. But Swift are still using the old sink cover. This is a dangerous issue as the sink cover does not fit, being slightly smaller than the sink and tips up at the slightest pressure and tips what ever is on it either into the sink or over anyone adjacent.

Come on Swift, please rectify this fault for safety sake.
