I'm sure you've cracked it by now but the site that will give you the full cost of the trip is http://www13.mappy.com/ You get full choice of options, eg caravan, diesel, the lot so it costs your fuel as well - and gives you the toll.

Not sure which site in this small town that you are going to stay at, but can recommend one on the main road into town on the right hand side. A lovely base for sightseeing and easily approached through Lourdes on good roads. It has a level field and some shallow terraces.

My understanding is that they are already part of the EU system for fine collection but they will not pursue collection because the costs of doing so exceed the value of the fine/penalty.
