Strange, to assist in reducing brake squeal by de glazing the friction linings, people purposely clean and glaze tow balls to prevent exactly the same noise….same principles at work
The fault codes should be read first using an appropriate code reader, but if under warranty let the dealer worry about it. My Ford Kuga was throwing up all sorts of errors on the dash, battery was goosed, new one fixed everything

Hi, wonder if anyone can help, caravan is a Sterling Eccles Ruby 90 and has a pull down TV bracket. It pulls down so far but seems to hit stops not revealing the tv mount, I just can’t see how it releases further to get it down low enough and nothing in the manual?
