Drop down TV bracket operation

Hi, wonder if anyone can help, caravan is a Sterling Eccles Ruby 90 and has a pull down TV bracket. It pulls down so far but seems to hit stops not revealing the tv mount, I just can’t see how it releases further to get it down low enough and nothing in the manual?

Not sure if anyone’s interested but I solved it. It just needed a really good pull down to reveal the rest of the bracket. Now to source a suitable TV

If you never go off grid buy a normal 240v TV. Richer Sounds offer a 6 year warranty and have some good deals.
