Personally, I don't think you can beat a good old cheese and onion sandwich on really thick gooey asda Tiger bread. However, what about stir fries? The most time consuming thing is chopping the vegetables, (or you could buy a bag of frozen), put any vegetables in, peppers, chillies, peas...
