Totally correct Mr Plod. Our Alicanto Grande Faro has the same channel and Prima leisure supplied my wheel arch cover. Not the cheapest and a bit fiddly but really does the job well. Attached photos of mine

Thanks Gary, I'll certainly try that. I honestly cant see where the water is leaking in. As stated the bailey approved dealer has replaced both window seals and couple of times and im still having problems. For a big company based in Atherstone in Warwickshire it's really getting beyond a joke...
