I have Vectra STI CDTI 1.9 which weighs 1525kg.I tow an Eldiss Avante 540 special edition with no problems what so ever.The power is very good and it will cruise in 6th gear no problem.

I have a Vectra 1.9 CDTI SRI. Which comes in at 1525 kg. I tow an Elddis Avante 540 with no problems what so ever. The car returns around 45 mpg solo and 30 mpg while towing at a steady 60 mph. The car pulls like a dream,hills being a doddle.

I have an Eldiss 540 on the Nightsbridge special. I have to say both me and the wife love the layout, but we only use it as a 2 birth, but if you only have 1 child this would be fine for you. As for the build quality i am impressed, apart from the lack of a good pdi from the dealer i bought it...

After all this I had to store my caravan at the dealer I bought it from. Which is much better than driving over the terrible road to my present storage area. The storage site owner did promise that the road would be repaired, but now says he cant afford it ! 100 + vans at
