    Not sure how to turn it? And it's impossible to see what you are doing (there is room for a phone to take a picture, but not for my head).

    I've attached a photo of the tensioning end of my blind. It doesn't look like any of the ones I've seen on the Internet. Is there something missing or broken? If not, how do I retension it?
