Already trying to plan for next year - can't wait already!! Has anyone been to Le Serignan Plage on the South coast of France? We've just received the brochure though the post and it look great - just what we want. Any comments on this site would be most welcome as I don't want to rely on...

    sequoia parc

Went to Sequoia Parc a couple of years ago. If you turn right onto the road to Marennes, and then left you miss all the traffic to Il D'oleron, and can get into the town through the back roads. Didn't have any problems and ideal for the Supermarket etc.

Le Havre Port - Foret De Montgeon.

Michael We have done used Foret de Montgen 3 times so far. It's pretty straight forward from the port. You basically drive pass the Ibis hotel and the follow signs for the Jenner tunnel (no problems with caravan - just follow the right signs)and Campsite. If you type the postcode and billage...

    French Swimming Pools

I asked the lifeguard last year at Sequoia Parc. Evidently one reason is that people wear the short outside the pool, filling pockets with "stuff". They then get in the pool and a lot loose the bits from their pockets which then clog up the filters etc.

    alko wheel jacks

I've just bough a Series 5 Pageant Bretagne and had exactly the same problem. I managed to fit the bracket by undoing the waste pie, fitting the bracket and then re-commecting the waste. Had to cut some of the waste pipe a down little to keep it level.

    cadac bbq

I use the cardboard insides of a kitchen roll, cut donw to size. Slip this over the silver stem over the inlet holes, and it reduces the blow out. THere is still enough air circulating to let it work OK. Doesn't totally stop the blow outs, but needs more wind to do so!

    bike rack

I too have a Fiamma bike rack on the back of my Abbey Freestyle and have absolutley no problems with stability. The caravan dealer would not fit it until they had confirmation from the manufacturer that the rear had the strengthened fixing points. Where's the irresponsibility here? Absolutely...

    Sun Canopy

We use a Doreema sun canopy which so far has been great. Mainly use it for weekends - it's very light with 3 poles and guy ropes. One word of caution, get some substantial pegs for the guy ropes., as when they loose their tightness, the canopy sags. I use some foot long steel pegs (only about...

    Pajero, Grand Cherokee, Terrano?

THe reason there are more 2.7's for sale is that the 3.0 ltr only came out on a52 plate (or probably 02). I had a 2.7 '99 model and have just upgraded it to a 53 3.0. Both great tow cars. The 2.7 is your best bet with a budget of
