    Storm Straps

    Ken, try putting a twist in the strap or clipping a peg on the strap it should work. Also dont forget to protect your awning where it comes into contact with the strap, it can cause wear, a piece of foam should do.

    Awning poles

    I am considering buying a bradcot 960 awning with the 'easy fit'aluminium poles. Has anyone any experience of how strong they are in adverse weather conditions. Also is a storm strap a problem with aluminium poles?
